How to Order

Ordering a Collage

Ordering a Gift Certificate

Ordering a Collage

Step 1: Review my collage samples

Take a moment to look at my sample collages to see the different styles available.

Step 2: E-mail me

Creating your collage or artwork is an enjoyable and pleasant experience. And you can expect friendly, personalized service from me. When you e-mail, we'll discuss your project in detail, and I'll help guide you through the photo selection process. I'll also confirm the total price in advance and answer any questions you may have, so there are no surprises later.

Step 3: Pay the Deposit
After we have confirmed which size you would like, I will invoice you for a 50% deposit using Paypal. You can then sign on to the Paypal site and pay the deposit.

Step 4: Send me your photos

Select the photos for the project. With prints, package them carefully. If they are old and very valuable, you might want to have them copied first and then send me the copy print. (the instant print kiosks in your local supermarket or camera store work great for that!) You may also send a CD of digital photos, slides or negatives. Digital images can also be e-mailed to me. If emailing large digital images, you may want to split the photos up into several emails.

Do not send homemade prints made from digital photos or Polaroid pictures. Send the original digital image either by CD or e-mail.

For prints I suggest using a stiff photo mailer, or an 8x10 envelope with a corrugated board in it. Make sure you write "Photos, Do Not Bend" on the outside. If the photos are old or valuable, you might want to consider using registered mail, Fedex or UPS. When we are in contact, in Step 2, I will give you the address to mail your package to.

A note about copyright:

Because photos taken by professional photographers are copyrighted, I cannot reproduce them without permission. However many photographers and studios such as Olan Mills will give permisison if the portrait is more than two years old or for use in products they don't provide. (such as a collage)

If you have a photo taken by Olan Mills, you can request permission online:

That's all you need to do!

When your photos arrive, I'll confirm receipt and contact you with any questions I may have. Then I'll begin work on your collage or artwork and send you a proof within 5 days. Once approved, and the invoiced balance of payment is received, also via Paypal, your prints will be in the mail to you within 48 hours.

Questions? Just e-mail me
